Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Items showing signs of use, wear, or alterations will not be accepted for a refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, Shaka Tribe will cover the cost of return shipping and replacement shipping.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we can either issue a refund/store credit or send the replacement item once any applicable shipping costs are paid.
To ensure availability of your preferred size or color, we recommend placing a new order while your return is being processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
